We are now at the St. Methodios Center in Contoocook, NH. We chose this facility for its new and modern buildings. Housing and meals are now a separate fee from the workshop tuition at Fiddleheads. We invite you to choose what works best for your budget and weekend time frame. Please choose from the options below and include that price in your payment to us. Please be aware that sleeping accommodations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Early registrations will get first priority. All buildings are heated, though we recommend you dress for cool fall weather. Meals are provided as part of your housing cost, but be aware that there is no meal provided on Friday evening when you arrive. Band Discount: A $15 discount per band member is a full band signs up (at least 3 people). Special attention will be offered on arranging, harmony singing, song writing, sound equipment, getting gigs, recording and band dynamics. Housing Options ~ choose 1 package Retreat House - Hotel-style rooms in brand new facility as of 2010. Rooms are plush and have full bath and linens included. Our price in 2010 is an introductory rate. Package A: 1 night ~ $85. Price includes 4 meals (Sat. lunch and dinner and Sun. breakfast and lunch.) Package B: 2 nights ~ $114. Price includes 5 meals (3 meals Saturday, 2 meals Sunday.) Cabins: modern, well-lit, heated bunk-style cabins, up to 15 people per cabin. Cabins available for men, women, and mixed. These cabins are well-constructed, and have sturdy bunks or songles and good mattresses. Bring your own linens or sleeping bag and pillow. Package C: 1 night ~$70 (Sat. night only.) Price includes 4 meals. Package D: 2 nights ~ $96 (Fri and Sat nights.) Price includes 5 meals. Tent and RV Camping: Limited space for RV's, no hookups, restrooms and showers are in cabins. Package E: 1 night ~ $50. Price includes 4 meals. Package F: 2 nights ~ $64 (Friday and Saturday.) Price includes 5 meals.

Unfortunately, many people wait until the week of the camp to sign up. If we can fit you in we can accept you, but please realize that this makes our plans for scheduling, hiring, housing and meals quite difficult. Registration Procedure: 1. All rooms are heated. Please be ready for warm and cool extremes of weather. Useful items for you to bring for an overnight stay are: Flashlight Pillow - Sleeping bag or sheet and blanket - Sturdy walking shoes Musically speaking you might want to bring: A music stand- Music paper, note paper, and pen/pencil - Tape recorder - Your instruments! - Extra strings or such if you tend to break them If you have any questions, please feel free to call us.
