Workshop Tuition + Accommodations = Total Camp Fees

WORKSHOP TUITION:

$270 if paid by June 1, 2025

$295 if paid by August 1, 2025

$330 if paid after August 1, 2025*

*If registering after August 1, please contact us to check on availability

ACCOMMODATIONS:

• $335 Retreat House:  Package A (2 nights, 5 meals)
• $230 Cabin:               Package B (2 nights, 5 meals)
• $170 Cabin:               Package C (1 night, 3 meals)
• $185 Tent/RV:            Package D (2 nights, 5 meals)
• $125 Tent/RV:            Package E (1 night, 3 meals)
• $125 Day Student:      Package F (2 days, 3 meals)

Wernick Bluegrass Jam Camp (optional):

Friday, Sept 5, 10:00-3:00

Add $100 to your Total Camp Fee

A bluegrass jamming introductory class, 10:00am-3:00pm. You may choose to continue with the Wernick Method Camp for the whole weekend, as there are Wernick classes being offered throughout the weekend, as part of Fiddleheads Jam Camp. Learn More

Thursday Night Accommodations:

Available to Wernick Bluegrass Jam Camp Students. Thursday night accommodations in the RH are only available to those who have a RH reservation throughout the weekend. Thursday night fees:

$90  Retreat House
$55  Cabin
$40  Tent/RV

Band Discount:

Save $15 per person - 3 member minimum

(Subtract $15 from your Total Camp Fee)

When you register, please let us know your band name & fellow band members and you can each take $15 off your Workshop Tuition. Bands must be legitimate, not just friends seeking discounts. The Band Masterclass will focus on arranging, harmony singing, song writing, sound equipment, getting gigs, recording and band dynamics. 

Cancelation Policy:

You will be refunded:

80% of fee, if canceling by August 1, 2025

75% of fee, if canceling by August 25, 2025

65% of fee, if canceling after September 3, 2025
